The above problem is a Data Sufficiency problem. You are not supposed to use the two statements together and try to solve it. :)

I got B.

Statement I is insuff

Statement II tells us that

First + Second = Orch + .5Orch

Orch + first + second = 2350
Orch + Orch + .5Orch = 2350
2.5Orch = 2350
Orch = 940
So sufficient

Stem says that :0+F+S =2350

ST1 F= 1/2S

INS O+1/2S+S=2350


ST2 S+F=1.5 O

O+1.5 O = 2350

SYES B
