For the first time since influenza vaccines became popular, [#permalink]

For the first time since influenza vaccines became popular, the number of people expected to want the vaccine exceeds the amount of vaccine available. In order to manage the impact of this shortage on the public health, the governor has issued a directive ordering that the vaccine be made available first to groups most vulnerable to serious complications from the illness. The directive states that all children in the sixth grade and younger, and all people over 68 years of age, be provided the first option of receiving the vaccine through special 2-day "flu clinics" set up in elementary schools and senior citizens' centers.

Is the option (B) out because it uses the word 'majority' in comparison to (E), which uses 'some' ?

Option B says working adults.. I think thats the mistake in Option B.

Demand >Supply, hence shots to kiddies and oldies, middle people wont have any injections.

It should be E. B is ruled out as we are making outside assumption that working class is middle age group

IMO - B, 'Working adults' is the middle age group is a fair assumption. This is because since it is specified 'Adults' so Children are out. For the 'Working Adults' who are above the age of 68 years of age, 'Majority' takes care of them. However E also seems correct. I am confused. OA Please.

Maybe the increasing of the demand for the flu vaccine has lead to a shortage of supplies. I think the solution of that problem is to provide a law about the increasing population. People are the one who take flu vaccine and it was having a shortage. So people should also take concern of the population to meet the point where vaccine and people are just the same.
