fossils --- a plural noun requires plural verb have.

so B and C is out.

E is using wrong tense so it it out.

A is using restrictive pronoun, which is needed here.

so I will go with A.

A is the best. Parallelism and subject/verb agreement are tested.

A is best.
Fossils is plural so have is the correct verb.

fossils: plural so B, C out
D and E: do not keep //llism(beached and were butchered)

Subject verb agrement (B,C out) D,E having been/having does not sound good!
