C for me too..
(A) increased its circulation more than double since then,
redundant ..increased more than double
(B) has since increased its circulation more than double,
same as A
(C) has since more than doubled its circulation
CORRECT
(D) since then more than doubled its circulation
with since we should use perfect tense, thats what i have observed..so on warrant of that i would reject this statement
(E) more than doubled its circulation since then
Same as in D
