Fox jeans regularly sell for $15 a pair, and Pony jeans regularly sell for $18 a pair. During a sale these regular unt prices are discounted at different rates so that a total of $9 is saved by purchasing 5 pairs of jeans: 3 pairs of Fox and 2 pairs of Pony. If the sum of the two discount rates is 22%, what is the discount rate on Pony jeans?

F = Fox discount%
P = Pony discount%
We want to find P=?
Two equations can be found:
1. (F/100)*15*3 + (P/100)*18*2 = 9
2. F + P = 22

First equation can be reduced to:
9F/20 + 9P/25 = 9
=> F/20 + P/25 = 1
=> 5F + 4P = 100
Subtract from equation 2, which is 5F + 5P = 110
P = 10
