Thanks so much!

I have gotten so many different opinions. I'm interested to hear what you have to say.

I started working on a completely different strategy which was suggested to me by an hbs alum of going over how my past unique experiences have paved my long term mission of becoming a social entrepreneur.

The current essay, which you have, is focused on how my unique experiences have allowed me to work with different leaders and the qualities that made them successful.

Anyways, this is a tough process!

Am an Indian Female currently in US on a H4 Visa. Undergraduation in Chemical Engineering with total 4years of work exp (1 yr in IT & 3 yrs in Banking ).Undergraduation GPA-3.7 and GMAT -590(Q-45 V27). Planning to retake the exam in September 2014. Suggest me bschools for MS Finance/MBA/MS in Mgmt for Spring/Summer 2015 intake. Target score of 680+ in the 2nd attempt

Hi radikaprakash,

Thanks for writing, I would suggest that you decide which region you wanna settle in and then start looking for schools in that region as it is the safest bet in the MBA world. Feel free to let me know once you have GMAT and chosen region to settle and then it becomes easier for me to recommend relevant schools for any program.
