Wrong comparison.. "soaring of std of living" compared to "unemplyment"
(B) and also unemployment and prices
and is not requried here..
(C) but so have unemployment and prices
CORRECT.... "has soared" vs "have",...Parallel
(D) and so also unemployment and prices
Wrong comparison again
(E) but so did unemployment and prices
"Has" vs "Did"..Doesnt sound parallel to me..
