Ok, so after reading your story, I am now ready to study for this again. After scoring below a 500 last December, I have not come close to studying again; but you've inspired me to stay the course and pick up my GMAT books!

PS .. thank you for this amazing story. I got back from my GMAT test a day back. I went from 670 in my first attempt to 620 in my second and i felt the same way. I had my GAME OVER face on. Read your post and i think i have found a few more coins to put into the GMAT game machine. Thank you.

Thanks a lot for your amazing debrief. You give me the courage to continue my journey.. Just scored 550 after 4 months of hard work.. Need 700 for a good Phd in Canada.
Congratulation, you are my hero.. I keep your advice close to my heart, I can do it me too!!

Wow this is really a great story! I know this is an old post, but I just took my GMAT exam today and failed terribly...yeah, below 500! Planning to apply for the fall 2011 school year...going to take it again next month so I plan to study very hard! Heck if I get a 610 I'd be jumping for joy at this point and would call it quits! This story gives me hope!

Wow, what an inspiring story!!!!! I took my second GMAT on Dec 20th and got only mere 450  I was giving up on ever getting my MBA as just the thought of how much time I have dedicated (apparently not enough!!!!) to get only 450 was making me stressed out. Well, if you fall, gotta suck it up and do it much better next time, right? One can't just give up!!!...and your story has definetely gave me some hope. I will be keeping in mind your story every time I'm down. Thank you!
