Which is referring Vision. as which cannot modify person. So D wins.
The question is similar to OG 12 SC Q#26, in which the word which modifies letters instead of Dickinson

B has a change in meaning.

William Blake experienced visions of God continuously in his Childhood.

However the original sentence means that the

William Blake experienced visions of God frequently in his Childhood.
