I think we need to use "like" here and not "such as" because tissues are "like tooth and ..." and not a subset of "tooth and ..." as is implied by the use of "such as". So A,D,E are out.

In B "that" make the clause as dependent, while we are looking for a independent clause.

IMO (C) is best.

I think A is the answer.

B - 'that are' implies that only tooth and bone are not found. But the original sentence implies that tissues like them are not found.

C and E - redundant use of 'tissues'.

D - 'tissues such as...is' is missing subject-verb agreement. It should be 'tissues such as...are'.

Do let me know the OA.

tissues are not like tooth and bones, we need to use such as.
E, my answer.

D says composition is not mormally found, but it is clear that tissues are not normally found in those organs.

I'm sure it's E
"such as" is needed because we are relating a subgroup to a larger global one.
Ex: I like fruits such as apples --> right
Ex: I like fruits like apples --> wrong: fruits are compared to apples
Here, "tooth and bone" are part of a larger group: tissues
In A, it is like "tooth and bone" we not normally found[...] when it is the "tissues" which were not normally found[...]

I think you have to use 'such as' here. Like is incorrect, as Paul correctly pointed out. Hence it's E
