Hi Everyone. This my first post mainly because I haven't found a good discussion on this. I've been studying for the GMAT for about a 3 weeks now. Mainly covered Quant, moving to Verbal (my weakness) for the rest of my prep. Of course I will be doing several Quant problems to stay fresh.
I wanted to know if anyone out there has a problem keeping still for even 30 mins while taking these CATs. My problem isn't so much the concepts, but I tend to get frustrated when I do practice problems on the computer vs. doing them from the
OG. I'm starting to realize that this will be a huge problem for me when taking the GMAT. At work we have "stand up desks" which help me a lot. For one, I've been using CATs from
MGMAT, and the quant sections are so laborious. I've read that this is common for
MGMAT. Secondly, it might be the atmosphere studying from my small desk at home, but I tried going to the library. It's just really frustrating taking these computer adaptive test. Is this common and the GMAT is really just a mental game? Does anyone have any experience or advice? Thanks in advance.
