P.s: what does "mode" means?

The value that appears most within a set of numbers.
For example, the mode of the set consisting of the numbers 2, 4, 3, 2, 8, 2 is 2 since the number two appears the most (i.e., three times).

(1) 0 and 1 appears twice in [3, 0, 1, - 1, 0, 5, 1] so it has two modes 0 and 1 .thus insufficient
(2) if no is neither positive nor negative .Its definitely 0. Thus sufficient

OA should be B

Mode of a set is the number that appears most frequently.

From (1), N = 1 or 0, so not sufficient.

From (2), N = 0, so sufficient as 0 is niether -ve nor +ve.

Hence the answer is B.
