hi

if you have | x | = A

then A is 100% positive

but if x is 0 then what will A be ?

my Q is what is | 0 | ?

The red part is not correct.

Absolute value is always non-negative \(|some \ expression|\geq{0}\), or \(|x|\geq{0}\) (note: not positive but non-negative, meaning that absolute value can equal to zero). Absolute value of x, |x| is a distance between point x on a number line and zero, now if x is zero itself then the distance between zero and zero is 0 or in another words: distance can not be negative but it can equal to zero, so absolute value is always non-negative.

So, \(|0|=0\).
