As we know that area of equilateral triangle is - \sqrt{3}/4*a^2 where a is the side of a triangle.
Because area is given a \sqrt{3}, hence side of the trianlge is 2.

1/6 area of the above circle = pi*r^2/6 = 2pi/3.
Hence the area of one side of the arc = 2pi/3 - \sqrt{3}
sum of 3 side of the arc = 3(2pi/3 - \sqrt{3})

Answer is C.
