Georgetown McDonough anyone? [#permalink]

I hadn't seen anybody talking about Georgetown's RD2 deadline. It's approaching soon, anybody else out there planning on applying? The cost of living in the area around the school is somewhat of a turnoff, but there are always going to be pluses and minuses. What about RD1 people? Any info on people getting accepted, or is this an UE backup so people don't really know yet? I had no RD1 apps, so i'm sending this one off in RD2 in a few days. Best of luck to anybody else out there. My profile is in the profiles thread already if you're interested.

Yes, Georgetown is in a very expensive place with a high cost of living. But so is HBS, NYU, Columbia, Stanford, Booth, etc...Most top schools are in expensive places to live. However, DC is a lot of fun and I can think of far worse places to spend two years. Plus, I believe the Georgetown is a rapidly improving business school. I don't think you will regret your choice. Good luck! _________________
