You seem to have done a lot right thus far and if you keep up your momentum, you will be a very strong candidate for top MBA programs in the United States. Two matters that I might encourage you to pursue while you are preparing for your application is to (a) get involved in some form of innovative community service and (b) continue to take university level courses (preferably graduate level). You also seem to know the importance of the GMAT and have set a target score that is needed to be considered for most of these top notch programs.
As for HBS, your GPA is a bit low. Also, HBS takes a high percentage of its students from premier universities so not coming from the Oxford/Cambridge crowd might present an admissions hurdle. Saying that, we have worked with people from all types of schools who got into HBS (including our first candidate who received an on-line degree last year).
