do you guys wait until all the reccs are submitted? say, the deadlines are spread out over 2 months, does the gift come at the very end or should there be a token gift after the first recc is submitted? don't want to shower them or seem like i'm bribing, but want to acknowledge the effort(s).

yeah, mine put the recs in last week - they're way ahead of me on getting the stuff in. Once my apps are in (WEDNESDAY!!), I will do the gifts.

Earrings, I think, for one.

A book for another

Cigars and beer for the third.

The fourth is sort of funny - she's my contact at the IRS and can't technically accept gifts from me.

Ballsy? She likes earrings. Or am I missing something? It's not like I am buying her a sex toy or something.

How about a cool pair of cufflinks? You can't go wrong with them. Just got a recommender from Unicuffs.
He loved them. Just google em. :)

Nowadays Customized gifts are the ones in trend. Gifts customized with the receiver's name/photo are very much appreciated and would be a very memorable gift too. Personalized Engraved pen, Poto printed mugs, printed canvases all make very good gifting options. There are many companies offering such services, but I would recommend PrintStop for all your printing needs as they are one of the reputable names in the industry and have been providing quality products to their customers. you can visit their Website and have a look at the various gifting options.
