We had a student who was in your shoes before - actually he took GMAT a total of 4 times. We just blogged about his transformation here: http://www.gmatpill.com/announcements/f ... ats-raghu/
With Q37, V18/19 - you definitely need to pump up the verbal. The verbal part can arguably be more important than the quant section - especially if you come from a demographic pool of candidates who are generally stronger in quant than in verbal. Always mark questions that you get wrong and revisit them before you go to bed. Your brain tends to process the information that is fresh in your head while you sleep. When you wake up and revisit the question again, you'll better understand where you went wrong so that you won't make the same mistake again.
