1) What are my chances of getting through LBS/INSEAD/IMD? specifically for the finance related programs?
2) How to arrange for fees and expenses for duration of the program? What loans/scholarships are available and how to fund for the entire program?
3) Apart from application essays, what else needs to be included. I might find it tough to bring in any credible recommendations. For first three years of my career, I haven't had great opportunities at work place at all and not many of my superiors were any exceptionally impressed. Last two years, I have been changing jobs pretty frequently as a software consultant.
4) I do not have any social service experience, achievements or trophies from college, just participation but won nothing and nothing credible to leverage as my strength or weakness.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
