GMAT 660 (percentile: Quantitative - 99 and Verbal - 48)

GMAT 660 (percentile: Quantitative - 99 and Verbal - 48) [#permalink] New post 23 Sep 2009, 01:17
Hi everyone

I'm Huu from Vietnam. My brief profile is shown below
- GMAT: 660
+ Quantitative: 99 percentile
+ Verbal: 48 percentile
+ Total: 83 percentile
- iBT: 83 (I'm waiting for the new result and I hope the score will be improved)
- GPA: 7.77/10 (I'm not sure how much it would be in the 4 - scale)
- Working experience: 3 years

I want to pursue an MBA with the concentration on Finance/Banking

Please have a look at the information above and tell me which B-school in the US would be suitable for me (in term of the academic criteria). Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

Quant is impressive but 660 average is low for top school. Another problem is the unbalance between math and verbal: some school, eg insead, are looking for well balanced score (they prefer 75 / 75 to 90/60 even if the total gmat is a bit lower).
