GMAT 700+, Age 30/31 Female, 2.8 GPA - too old for FT? [#permalink] New post 11 Apr 2013, 14:56
GMAT score of 700+, an undergrad GPA of 2.8 (downward trend) from a top 10 engineering school, Gender - female from India. I will be 31 soon. Am I considered too old?
I have steady promotions in the same line of work. I work as an engineer in California.

I graduated at 21 and I am 30 today. I have a total of 9 years of experience. Considering I have several years of work experience, am I at a disadvantage for a full-time MBA?

Post-MBA, I want to stay in tech. I want to do Business Development or Strategy in tech companies such as Google, Apple etc.

Target schools - Duke, Ross, INSEAD, LSB, UCLA, Tuck

Hi,

I hope that you are well. Don't be silly:) You are not too old at all especially because you have been productively working.

Have a great day,

A.
