I think you're in range for the schools you listed: Kellogg and Tuck are stretches (but not long shots; you have enough of a shot that they're worth applying to). Stern and Cornell are sweet spots where you have a reasonable shot at, and Tepper should be a safety.

Only thing that could be an issue is that you're up against more experienced engineers (most engineers tend to have around 5 years experience), and lack of compelling extracurriculars, but at this point there's not a whole lot you can do if you're applying this year (i.e. try and start any new volunteer activity and it'll look like you're window dressing your resume). If you want to apply this year, go for it - just know that you still have some time, and can also afford to wait a year or three.
