Hello there good sir,
So first of all, congratulations on your fantastic GMAT!!! It is too bad about your UG GPA, but that's water under the bridge now. What is good about what you have written is that you are being realistic about your goals. Although Top 20 schools are likely out of range, I think that within the 20-50 range you can find some good schools that will fit you and your goals.
But besides your GPA be aware of your other big disadvantage: Your applicant pool. As an Indian Tech (male??) you are up against some stiff competition, and the schools will want to see more than just years of coding! So find your special and unique points and make sure they are in your application.
As for which schools, what makes most sense is schools with connections with the Tech industry - Marshall, Georgia Tech, Austin, and so on. Just because they can likely help you reach a good managerial job in the industry you have,
Hope this helps you get started!!!
