Your data points (GMAT, GPA) are good except your work experience which is on the lower side. Your NGO experience would be discounted to a large extent as it might be seen as a desperate attempt to boost your profile prior to the MBA applications.
You haven't mentioned anything about your career profile and your long term career goals. That would help in identifying the schools which best fit your goals.
You should also keep in mind that fellowship in MBA programs are rare so you should not count on them. Some lower ranked schools might offer 'fellowship' but I would personally trade it up for a better ranked school.
