Please evaluate my profile and recommend which colleges should I be targeting. Also comment on whether my old GMAT score will hold same weightage now.

Manish my friend,
NICE GMAT!!!!!
Wow... I'm impressed. Your GMAT score is good for five years, so yes, you still have that 750.

I think you have a pretty good profile overall. Work for a big brand name firm, with real international experience (of which you have plenty). To be honest I'm missing a bit of info both about your Undergraduate studies and about your current role (any leadership? What achievements? how many promotions in how much time? Anything else of note?), but let's say that roughly I think your "Sweet spot" assuming a fantastic application will be in schools ranked about 10-30. The most important thing for you will be to stand out, because even with a good company and a fantastic GMAT things aren't easy (and I wonder about your INSEAD application, and whether this was not one of the issues).

Sooo, get back to me with more info, more questions, more thoughts, and I'll do my best to advise you further,
Best,
JF
