For your work experience, remember that most business schools like to see at least 2 years of work experience. For the candidates that are accepted with limited work experience, they typically have significant leadership experience from prior activities. At this time, I recommend you focus on your extracurriculars. Admissions teams are looking to cultivate future leaders, so any leadership and management experience you can discuss will be important.
