It all depends. Have you taken a practice GMAT? What are you currently scoring on the quant section? How much do you want to improve? It is all relative.
I think that those books are a good start. Use them and see where they take you, if afterwards you are still looking for more improvement then it may be worthwhile to buy more detailed books.
I was scoring 44-45 on Quant section but ended up with just 30 on the actual GMAT .
Well,earlier I used Jeff Sackmann's book and OG. But It didn't help.
Now, I will studying from GMAT Club Math Book + OG13. Also, may go for gmatclub tests
