Any number divided by 0 is infinity. So we cannot consider x as 0.

I did not understand the question...

"If x is an integer, is x even?" - are we trying to figure out which statement is sufficient to answer this question?

You need to figure out if X is even.

1) 11/x is an integer.

This tells you that x can be 1, -1, -11 or 11. All odd - X is NOT even.

2) 22/x is an integer.

This tells you x can be 1, 2, 11, 22, -1, -2 ... X can be even or odd.

A - Answer.

Solution seems ok but I do not understand the QUESTION itself. (It is clear to me in Statement-1 the possible values x can get and all those values are NOT even, in Statement-2 it can get odd and even values)

Could you explain in plain English what Statement-1 is sufficient for?

Or could you complete this sentence "Statement-1 is sufficient for ..................."

Or would this completion be ok?
"Statement-1 is sufficient for answering the question 'if x is integer, is x even?'"
