I just thought it would be interesting and give GC members more insight into potential career paths. Also, I'm not sure how reliable the numbers are that are put out by the schools, as they can be a bit skewed in their favor.
I don't know, just thought it would be interesting, just like the database with GC scores and how many members are going to which schools.
The numbers that schools publish are based on the user input - they are as reliable as they get. GMAT Club, on the other hand would have a smaller sample and a more skewed outcome. I think in general folks feel the numbers published by schools are realistic but AVERAGE - you may get something much higher if you are fantastic but a lower salary can be possible too if you are starting with zero work experience.
Either way, you can use the School numbers.
