Can someone explain this one??its from the GMAT prep test M25

* \sqrt{3} - 2
* 2 + \sqrt{3}
* \sqrt{2} + \sqrt{3}
* 2 - \sqrt{3}
* \sqrt{3} + 4

(2 + \sqrt{3})(2 - \sqrt{3}) = 4 - 3 = 1 .
The correct answer is B.

just multiply the equation by [2+sqrt(3)] / [2+sqrt(3)]
