Hi
i have 30 kudos.I wanted to get access to 3 months access to gmat clubs test by redeeming kudos.When i tried to redeem my kudos its saying that i have already an active subscription but i can`t access to 3 months access to gmat clubs tests.can any one plz help me..........give me solution

This is because your kudo activity looks suspicious and BB already told you about this.
