Thanks to bb for the source files of GMAT Flashcards. I was able to create the first e-Book version of the Flashcards for Combinations and Probability, load it up on your kindle (simply connect your kindle to your pc, then copy the attached file over):

Instructions:


    After unzipping the Files, just copy the azw3 file over to your Kindle—by connecting your kindle via USB to your PC
    Then, just open the file like any normal book:
