Day 6 - Nothing

Day 7
- Grockit CAT 1 - 660 (Q47, V33)

All 16 and 32 point questions... felt that the test was difficult... I dont know how did I end up getting a 660 even with so many questions wrong...

Need to gear up...

Way ahead
Verbal - Only Aristotle will not help... Starting Manhattan SC from today... Need to read CR Bible...

Quant - Need to do Manhattans "Equations, Inequalities & VICs" and some DS practice
GMAT Club Tests from next week....

Any advice?

Want to finish MGMAT SC Book... Chapter 12 - Pronouns and Modifiers: Advance is a pain. Feels like too many rules.

Two chapters from CR bible to be done

SC practice from Monday. Starting with Aristotle SC Questions (100) and then OG 12 and VR 2

Plan to continue with CR bible and then mover to VR 2 (OG 12 CR already done)

Kaplan 1 test from the week starting 17th October 2011.

GMAT Target date - December 2011...

Till that time whatever it takes... :)

Kaplan CAT 1 - 690 (Q52 (99 %ile), V33 (66 %ile))

52? Is that even possible :?

Q - 31 out of 37 correct
V - 22 out of 41 correct

Felt RC was tough (need to get started with RC prep) -

No confidence when I solve CR.

Need to work on verbal.

Plan ahead -

OG + VR - SC and CR
Grockit + RC 99 - RC

Hi ntiny 5649, MGMAT verbal foundation is a fair deal. to completely brush up the basics. So, I would not recommend going in to buy strategy guides before you complete this foundation. Also, the Ultimate Grammar is a good basic skill book, if you want to be doubly sure on basics. I am following both currently.

Gmatprep, could you elaborate, how many hours are you dedicating each day to your prep program?I spent 2 weeks completely on SC foundation, lost touch with Number property/VIC. though have moved on to word translation today.I dont get beyond 4 hours each day....
