Hi,

I will suggest you to study theory for SC,CR,RC and Quant and practice for like a week and then start taking mock test.
Study and Practice for 6days in a week and then take a test on the 7th day. Make an error log and review and try to improve the weaker areas.
5-6 mock tests should be fine. Starting with GMATPRep1 and then probably 4 manhattan or any other tests and ending with GMATPREP2

Keep updating the error log and keep improving like that. Also you can try making a progress sheet like this
Prepare a xls sheet (topic by topic).. and keep a track of your progress on a daily basis. Use color coding (Red,Orange,Green).
Red: You are weak in theory - brush up your concepts.
Orange - Done with theory but weak in application of the concepts
Green - Done with the topic

Regarding practice you can try grockit.com and questions from gmatclub. You can find the link to gmatclub tag wise search page in my signature.

Hope it helps!

Hi everyone,

I am planning to give my GMAT exam in 1st week of November but still not sure whether am prepared or not. The 2nd application deadline of the college ends by 30th of November and i also have to take the TOEFL exam.
I am using Princeton core tests to prepare myself but i keep scoring between 550 - 560 (Quant - 35-37 , Verbal 28 -32). Later, when i try to solve those same questions which i got wrong during the test, i get them right. May be its because i get all panicky during the test as the clock keeps ticking or i lack concentration, i don't know. :(

Please suggest me a way to improve my scores.
Thanks in advance.
