Each statement alone is sufficient.

p q r s t are even integers in increasing order.
1) s+q=24
s-q=4 since there are two integers between s and q.
Solve to get s =14 and you can get other values

2) r+q\2=11
r+q=22
r-q=2
Solve to get r=12
