GMAT Prep Courses [#permalink] New post 03 Jul 2006, 06:20
Hello I am new to the whole GMAT scene. I have a degree in Computer Science but want to change careers and go do something more business like. When studying for the GRE Kaplan was my course choice and let me say it was the worst course and I dont want to make the same mistake twice with the GMAT. Please help on deciding what course to take. I am not about cracking or using shortcuts. I want to solve the problems hehe. So any information about PR, Test Masters, GMAXonline, and any others would be a big help.

Also if you are in Houston and would like to study just send me a message

There's lots of steps you can take as a newcomer. Firstly, I'd suggest getting the Official Guide set. They're pretty good. There's lots of good posts regarding different classes if you're into that. I took a Manhattan Review course in NYC, and they were great. Anyway, this site, Vault.com and some others have really good resources for taking the GMAT. Good luck!
