Moderators, (especially BB, Walker - our resident smartphone genious), All,

Has GMAT preparation content ever been developed by any individual for podcasting?

If you pause... and think about it; a lot of verbal preparations can be adjusted to hearing first... before the learning is internalized (specific to CR & SC) and applied to use over the test material later... just like a back ground spa music ... of sorts... time comes you start liking that music and graduate to liking... Jazz... if in case you are not born with that taste of music...!

That said... it perhaps applies to much lesser extent in case of Quants...

I must not be the only person who thought about this... and thus my question...

Has GMAT preparation content been ever been developed by any individual for podcasting?

Come on wizards!!!

Kudos for the suggestion!

This idea has been explored a few times - I believe I was approached by a person who wanted to do podcasts as a revenue share, but then it stopped because they could not charge (maybe this has changed). Podcasts were only free at that time. Happy to look at it again :)

I would be all for it and to get out a few on a trial basis - I personally don't have time right now, but if you DestinyChild have experience with Podcasts, I'd be happy to back you up and help get this to a trial stage.

BB.

BB doesn't know :) I had a transcript of first podcast 9 months ago on my table :))))
We actually talked recently about that and it seems not so fantastic to be implemented. But again, we need sustainable development, not just a few steps. Up to now it is not clear at least for me how it should work. We need a good writer and a good narrator. how we engage them in work? Ads? Ads related to GMAT Club products? Actually why not :) I guess we need to think more thoroughly about that.

Thanks!

so it matters who you know and what you say :) :)
Thanks; like the interest, even though the subject is not ground breaking... at least for BB, Walker!

Count me in for this...! That being said GMAT prep will remain my primary focus which is nearly a lifesize adversity in itself... in that time I'll keep the ball rolling if some one takes the lead... after my prep is completed I can take over the charge for it...!

For format and lessons learnt we can look at LSAT podcasting; suggested by richXXV

Next steps...?

For next steps we need to research LSAT podcasts, figure out who's going to do what, and do it.
