GMAT prep question pack [#permalink] New post 01 Nov 2012, 05:47
I recently purchased gmat prep question pack and just saved it on the desk top and when I clicked it I was taken to the activation screen and asked to enter mty activation code.

Upon entering my activation code however I am encountering this message

"DLL/dylib is missing" and hence I am unable to use the question pack. Can anyone help me with this error?
