GMAT prep test 2.1 vs 2.0

Hey guys,

Not sure if this has been asked before, searching for this topic proved futile.

Does anyone know if is GMAT prep [b]tests 2.1[/b](new gmat prep) significantly different from 2.0(or the previous version) ?
The practice questions are definitely the same in both the versions.

I am giving GMAT prep 2.1 tests for the first time and I want to make sure my scores will not be inflated.

My philosophy is that GMAC would only release a version of their official preparation software to the public if they felt that it gave a very accurate representation of the real thing. Even if there are different problems than in 2.0, it's probably more accurate than GMAT Tests, MGMAT, Kaplan, Knewton, et al.

Sorry, if I worded my question vague. I want to know if there are any questions common to both the versions of the gmat prep tests. Will I see questions repeating in the new gmat prep test?

I see. Thanks for providing some more information there. I did some research on this for you, and it seems as though there is no doubt that the underlying questions are the same. There may be some new ones, but it's not an entirely different question bank.
