GMAT Preparation Software does not load...

GMAT Preparation Software does not load... [#permalink] New post 17 Aug 2012, 20:55
Hi,

I'm having issues to start the installed GMAT Prep Software.

I installed the new GMAT Preparation Software: GMATPrep-2.1.279Windows on Windows XP (SP3)

When I try to run the software the Adobe Air License Agreement comes up, after I click "Accept" nothing happens.

I tried installing the software on my laptop but the same thing happens.

The previous version of the software (GMATPrepSetup 14.0.0.162) is working fine.

I tried searching the forums and I did the following without success:
1. Turned off the anti-virus
2. Disabled the Nalperion software
3. Installed as Admin

Is there anything I'm missing?

Try deleting the Nalperion service all together. That worked for me....Then GMATPrep will reinstall the NLS service again...
