I currently have 4 years of work experience and will be 5 years when in join MBA in fall 2013.
I am currently working for Maruti Suzuki India Limited(India's No. 1 4 wheel automobile company) as a Maruti Suzuki After Sales Support Representative.

Currently looking after the customer complaint handing, resolution of technical problems, manpower training for both Domestic and Exports Dealers/Distributors of Maruti Suzuki.

Well Rakshit,
Overall your profile does look pretty good. Which schools are you looking into applying to? Do you want only Top 20 programs? Are you willing to retake the GMAT? And what are your post-MBA goals?

what is the next step for you? Well, a good place to start is to look at the programs that are out there. Look for programs in which you would be about at the average GMAT of matriculated students, as well as ones which have strengths in the area you want to be in after your MBA. That's a good place to start. Once you have done that, you can come up with a list of schools to apply to (we can help if you need) to help you strategize your applications.

And if you need anything else, you let us know!
