cannot use the software unfortunately , it gives me the message in the attached photo .can you please advise ?

While it is not the same error message, have a look at this thread. Also, have you tried the standard uninstall and reinstall the program, restart your computer, etc. type of stuff?

I would recommend updating/installing/reinstalling Java just in case - it is pretty quick and most of the time removes the issue.... Just FYI.
Let us know what ends up fixing it for you.
