I don't really agree with the OA here. Is "Just as X so Y" an idiom? Sounds so wrong out loud.

Yes, "Just as S+V, so S+V" is a popular idiom.

We need 'as' so eliminate A, D, E
In B 'who' is irrelevent.

Sounds strange but it is the correct idiom. Had this one trip me up a few times. now you wont ever forget!

Can anybody help with the list of all logical connectors such as
as many ... as..

daily i am finding new connectors from questions posted. because of my limited knowledge in them, i am eliminating new ones only to find that my answer is wrong
just as.... so ...
