you have 26 stock tickers for using 1 letter, 26*26 tickers for using 2 letters and 26*26*26 tickers for using 3 letters. So add all those together and you'll get E

one more thing I noticed in the answer choice is that unit digit of all the options are different, so while calculating the final answer (26+26^2+26^3)= 26(1+ 26+26^2) , we just have to figure out what will be the unit digit of this term , and that will take no more than 30 sec to solve this problem .
