Yes, you are selling yourself short when it comes to the programs that you would be able to get into. Mendoza is a good school, but one where you will be readily accepted - provided you can put together essays that pass the bar (and goals that make sense).
The one thing that I believe you are not placing enough emphasis on are your job prospects upon graduation. you have entrepreneurial goals, which may raise some red flags (depending on how you frame them in your essays) when read by the admissions committee. This would be especially true at Mendoza. The school does not necessarily have the greatest relationships with "entrepreneurial" firms – especially in the technology sector. This could raise a double red flag with the admissions committee. While you may be qualified – by the numbers – you could look like you do not understand the school that your entrepreneurial goals and what you dictate as your career path.
However, the most important aspect is – you. Why is it that you want to go to Notre Dame? A school like Babson would be much more appropriate. I would even shoot for Marshall, Haas or Anderson. while your stats would certainly allow you to be competitive at any number of top 20 schools, you sell the admissions committee on your fit by plugging in what you have done, and what you plan to do with what the school can do for you.
I urge you to add the schools I listed above to your list.
