Got this from MGMAT. It's their challenge of the week. It should be breeze for most of you. The official answer is not out, but I've worked it out. So have fun, and I'll post my working soon.

If 3^k + 3^k = (3^9)^(3^9) - 3^k, then k = ?

A) 11/3
B) 11/2
c) 242
D) 3^10
E) 3^11 - 1
