Hello all,

Can somebody indicate which one of the following answers is correct (logically - structurally)? Please elaborate.

Corruption in developing countries that depends on povery levels
vs
Corruption in developing countries that depend on povery levels

and ...

Corruption in developing countries that depends on international financial aid
vs
Corruption in developing countries that depend on international financial aid

The verb "Depend" is for subject "Corruption". Singular subject - singular verb.

Hence in both cases, "depends" is right.
