x tons (10%) + y tons (2%) => z = x+y tons (5%)
hence x/y = constant (mixture property)

1) y = 10 > x can be calculated
2) z = 16 > y= 16-x ... can be calculated

0.1x+0.2y = 0.5X .... 1

x+y=Z ..... 2


So we have two equations and three variables. if we know one of the variables then we can solve for the other two.
