Has anyone here used Grockit? I would like to know whether their questions reach the 700+ difficulty level.

Not sure about Grockit. If you want questions in the 700-plus range, then look into GMATClub tests and Sackmann's Extreme Challenge set for math. Regarding verbal, LSAT passages for RC and some LR (CR) questions qualify.
