I am a Biology major senior from Johns Hopkins University with a business minor (we have no business major). I was pre-med and changed my mind and want to pursue business as it has always been a passion. I have a 3.75 GPA and 730 GMAT. My work experience is quite limited business wise as I was pre-med and consists of research/volunteering. I was selected for a marketing internship interview weekend but didnt get the job. On campus I have held three leadership positions including in a business organization. I know I need work experience and believe I can get some quality work through some networking contacts. What and how much would I need? Basically what do I need to do to get into a top 25 MBA program? I really appreciate the help.

Work for 2-5 years full-time after college, then apply.
